BARN CONVERSION
The building was a barn in a strict conservation area. It that had been used for storage for years and was in need of some TLC.
We removed all the internal walls and removed the floor to allow for the new floor construction as the customer wanted under floor heating throughout. The whole roof construction was removed and a new timber structure was formed.
We removed the rear wall of the existing barn and fitted new steel work to support the existing structure and an extension was added to the rear of the barn with bi folding doors to let in as much natural light as possible.
We also built an internal wall out of handmade bricks as a stunning feature wall. All of the building was insulated to current standards and finished to a very high standard - the customers were extremely happy with the end result.
